Travel grants
We are committed to making the conference accessible to as many people as possible. As in previous years, we offered travel grants to help cover registration, accommodation, and travel.
Priority is given to applicants who have submitted an abstract and are in financial need — particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, underresourced institutions, or low- and middle-income countries. Travel-grant applications closed on August 20, 2026, and award notifications were sent on September 3, 2026.
Childcare & accessibility
We aim to support attendees with caregiving responsibilities and accessibility needs. If you have specific requirements, please reach out to conference2026@scverse.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
